Restricted purposes

When you or through any third party use any of DartSide Services, you acknowledge that you may not:

• Rent, lease, sell, distribute, offer in a service bureau, sublicense, or otherwise make available the Service or the Licensed Content to any third party (except as permitted under these Terms).
• Copy, replicate, decompile, reverse-engineer, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Service, or any part thereof.
• Access the Service for purposes of performance benchmarking.
• Access the Service for purposes of building or marketing a competitive product;
• Use the Service to store or transmit a virus or malicious code;
• Use a virtual private network (VPN) to circumvent geographic-based pricing or content access.
• Use the Service to transmit unsolicited emails or engage in spamming.
• Use any form of data mining, extraction, or scraping on the Service and/or the contents available therein for machine learning or other purposes;
• Bypass the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Service or the Licensed Content.

Accounts found to be in violation of any of the above are subject to cancellation without prior notice.

How to report abuse

Violations can be reported by emailing [email protected] and should include detailed information about the account, the content or behavior you are reporting, and how you found it, including URLs or screenshots. If you need a secure file transfer, let us know and we will send you a link. We will not disclose your identity to anyone associated with the reported account.
